Optimist Youth Baseball
Optimist Youth Baseball is affiliated with the nationally recognized PONY league, following their rules with slight modifications to follow the Optimists Participation rules where all players are placed on teams by school and coaches are required to play all players in every game. We will be sending teams to World Series qualifying tournaments!

Our Pony division (13 and 14 yr olds) will be playing in Pony Elite beginning with the 2010 season. This is an inter-city league consisting of many teams in the area. The league is setup so that all teams play half of their games at home and half away. To signup for this league please fill out our standard application. TEAMS MUST BE REGISTERED BY FEB 20, 2010. Below is a list of the Logo's we have on file that you can use for your Team Picture URL. Using the Apaches as an example, make a note of the filename under it. In this example the file name is apaches.gif. This needs to be prefixed with the site path name //optimistclubofarlington.org/baseball/logos/. Enter //optimistclubofarlington.org/baseball/logos/angels.gif into the Team Picture URL field. If you don't see a logo for your team, you can email one to ocawebmaster@optimistclubofarlington.org and we will place it into this folder for you. Please keep both the width and height of your logos under 100 pixels.
